Welcome to the official home of St. Thomas Shock Basketball
Since 2003, the St. Thomas Shock have helped introduce basketball to hundreds of youth athletes in St. Thomas and the surrounding area.
Our focus has always been on core skill development, teamwork and, above all else, fun. Through both our weekly clinics and competitive program, we strive to help our players grow in their development and love of the game of basketball.

Skills DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Winter Session
Our 2024 Shock- "Skills Development Program" is for players in grades 1 to 4. These multi-week sessions will be tailored to specific skills. The weekly sessions focus on skill development, learning game play and, above all, fun!
This is the perfect way to introduce your player to basketball and help them develop their skills, gameplay and love for the game.
