Registration for tryouts to be a part of our 2024-2025 OBA St. Thomas Shock Basketball competitive teams is now open! We are excited to offer this opportunity for local young athletes to showcase their skills and passion for the game!

We are currently planning to host tryouts for the following Competitive Teams for the coming season:

ST. THOMAS SHOCK - "FALL CLINICS"

Each fall, Shock Basketball runs a 6-week developmental program, designed to engage elementary school athletes.

Through  coaching, and interactive workshops, our goal is to instill fundamental basketball skills and improve overall understanding of the game. These clinics are open to all skill levels, ranging from beginner to competitive.

Clinic Details:

Shock Fall Girls Clinics:

• Dates: Fridays at St. Anne’s Catholic Elementary School
• Sessions: 
  • Grades 1-3 (6:00pm-7:15pm),
  • Grades 4-6 (7:30pm-8:45pm)

Schedule: Sept 13, 20, 27; Oct 4, 18, 25

Shock Fall Boys Clinics:

• Dates: Saturdays at Arthur Voaden Secondary School
• Sessions: 
  • Grades 1-2 (9:00am-10:15am),
  • Grades 3-4 (10:30am-11:45am),
  • Grades 5-6 (12:00pm-1:15pm)

Schedule: Sept 14, 21, 28; Oct 5, 19, 26

Cost:
$110 per player

Each player will receive a  Shock T-shirt and basketball as part of their registration fees.
