Each fall, Shock Basketball runs a 6-week developmental program, designed to engage elementary school athletes.

Through  coaching, and interactive workshops, our goal is to instill fundamental basketball skills and improve overall understanding of the game. These clinics are open to all skill levels, ranging from beginner to competitive.

U10 Clinics (Grades 2, 3 & 4)
Day: Mondays
Dates: Sept 22, 29, Oct 6, 20, 27, Nov 3
Location: St. Anne's Catholic Elementary School

Times:
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - U10 Girls Clinic
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - U10 Boys Clinic

U12 Clinics (Grades 5 & 6)
Day: Tuesdays
Dates: Sept 23, 30, Oct 7, 14, 21, 28
Location: Arthur Voaden Secondary School

Times:
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - U12 Girls Clinic (Grades 5 & 6)
7:00 PM to 8:00 PM - U12 Boys Clinic (Grades 5 & 6)

Ball (Required)
Shock no longer provides basketballs for clinics and all players are required to bring their own basketball (with their name clearly marked on it).

The correct basketball for players in Grades 2 through Grade 6 is Size 5 (27.5").
